TERMS OF USE

The use of the Magnetcoin.net Project website is governed by this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
The Agreement can be changed by the Project without any special notification; the new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its posting on the Internet at the address indicated in this paragraph, unless otherwise provided for in the new version of the Agreement. The current version of the Agreement is always on the page at Magnetcoin.net.
Starting to use the resource, or having passed the registration procedure, the User is considered to have accepted the terms of the Agreement in full, without any reservations or exceptions. If the User disagrees with any of the provisions of the Agreement, the User shall not be entitled to use the Project's resource. If the Project has made any changes to the Agreement in the manner provided for in paragraph 1 of the Agreement, with which the User does not agree, he must stop using the Project resource.
This agreement prepared by MagnetCoin Ltd. (the "Company"). A certain investment strategy prepared by the Company on the basis of own developments, research cryptocurrency markets and exchange rate adjustments. The company believes that estimates are reasonable, and it has produced a trading strategy properly reflects the situation on the exchanges where it operates; at the same time, there is no confidence in the work done by the Company estimates and judgments are the most appropriate basis for findings regarding trading strategies. The investment cannot be offered by the company for investing in the United States, except in transactions exempt from registration or not subject to registration requirements under U.S. Law. These materials are not subject to the direction, provision or use by any person who is a resident of / or is located in any state, locality or jurisdiction where such a direction, provision or use would be contrary to applicable law or would require any registration or licensing. Persons into whose possession these materials come should inform themselves determine the presence of such restrictions and comply with them.

If the User provides incorrect information or the Site Administration has reason to believe that the information provided by the User is incomplete or unreliable, the Administration has the right, at its discretion, to refuse the User to participate in this project until the circumstances are clarified for security reasons.
The project reserves the right at any time to require the User to confirm the data specified during registration and to request supporting documents (in particular - identity documents), the failure of which, at the discretion of the Project, can be equated with providing unreliable information and entail the consequences provided for in paragraph 1 of the Registration. If the User's data indicated in the documents provided by him do not correspond to the data specified at registration, and also in the case when the data specified at registration does not allow identification of the user, the Project has the right to refuse the User to participate in the event.
The Project has the right to delete the registration data of the User in whole or in part, including the case when the User violates the terms of the Agreement or the terms of other documents.

Terms of the User Agreement

I personally decide to participate in the project and understand the possible risks.
I understand that the MAGN cryptocurrency is not a partner of such companies as crypto-currency exchanges, trading platforms and does not belong to them. Developers and officials of this crypto currency are responsible for issuing coins to me within the marketing program! The exchanges serve this crypto currency in their trading platforms and help solely by its software and hardware complex for the convenience of organizing sales transactions.
The company close possibility more than 1 account on Magnetcoin.net, and I understand that if two or more accounts belonging to me are found, then all accounts will be blocked and no money will be returned.
By signing this user agreement, I assume all risks associated with changing the exchange rate of the company on the cryptomarkets, the possible total loss or depreciation of my funds in MAGN under the program of Magnetcoin.net.
I understand that neither the exchange nor any other third party guarantees the value of a particular currency and is not responsible for its development.
The company MAGNET and exchange guarantees that the MAGN funds actually exist, since they are on the stock exchange accounts. However, the exchange DOES NOT GUARANTEE the cost of MAGN and any other crypto currency.
The payments under this program may differ from the exchange rate of the cryptocurrency, since the payment rate of payments is taken averaged and established by the Administration of the company.
I personally decide to participate in this program of the company and all my actions nobody imposed me.
I understand that I cannot claim any additional compensation outside of this marketing program.
I guarantee that I am over 18 years old.
Citizens of the Russian Federation are not allowed to participate in the program.
Any use of the MAGNETCOIN.NET project means that you have fully read, understood and agreed to the terms of the agreement, agree to comply with them and be responsible for their violation. Terms of the user agreement and its annexes are essential and indispensable for all project participants.
